• Google Calendar data (when you connect an account): calendar lists, free/busy availability, and event details required to create an invite.

• Show available time slots for scheduling.
• Send confirmation emails and calendar invitations.
• Maintain the security and reliability of the website.

Google user data

We access Google Calendar data only to check availability and create calendar events for confirmed calls. We do not use Google user data for advertising, analytics, or any other purpose. We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Sharing and processors

We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers required to run the site and scheduling workflow, including Google Calendar and our email delivery provider (Resend).

Data retention

We keep data only as long as needed to fulfill your request and operate the scheduling workflow. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your choices

• You can withdraw Google Calendar access at any time from your Google Account security settings.
• You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing us.
