Who we are

Dataworkers is a one person consultancy operated by Bruno Gardlo. If you have questions about this policy or your data, contact me at bg@dataworkers.eu.

Data we collect

• Contact form details: name, email, company, and message.
• Booking requests: your name, email, company, notes, and requested time slot.
• Google Calendar data (when you connect an account): calendar lists, free/busy availability, and event details required to create an invite.

How I use data

• Respond to inquiries and requests.
• Show available time slots for scheduling.
• Send confirmation emails and calendar invitations.
• Maintain the security and reliability of the website.

Google user data

I access Google Calendar data only to check availability and create calendar events for confirmed calls. I do not use Google user data for advertising, analytics, or any other purpose. I comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Sharing and processors

I do not sell your data. I share data only with service providers required to run the site and scheduling workflow, including Google Calendar and my email delivery provider (Resend).

Data retention

I keep data only as long as needed to fulfill your request and operate the scheduling workflow. You can ask me to delete your data at any time.

Your choices

• You can withdraw Google Calendar access at any time from your Google Account security settings.
• You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing me.
